Pan-Lancashire Children and Young People Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Transformation Programme Board Training Gap Analysis 2017
'Jules was successful in a competitive procurement process and has undertaken a Training Needs Analysis on behalf of the Pan-Lancashire Children and Young People Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Transformation Programme Board.
The work was undertaken in the timescales set out for financial year end. Jules and her team were successful in getting an above average response to staff questionnaires.
This has resulted in a series of both strategic and operational recommendations to enhance workforce skills in supporting children and young people who fall into some of our most vulnerable groups; some of these groups include children with autism, learning disabilities and ADHD.
The findings and recommendations from the Training Gap Analysis undertaken by Jules and her team will be used to enhance staff confidence and competencies which in turn will ensure a positive experience of care for children and their families across Pan-Lancashire.'

It was agreed that Jules would be the best person for the job due to her vast experience of working around specific health issues and her wide ranging human rights knowledge.
